Every piece of jewellery is handmade by me and I usually only make one or a small number of each design. Many items can be made to order and usually take 3-4 weeks, with the exception of one-of-kind statement necklaces. For bespoke commissions, please allow 6 - 8 weeks. Small items, such as earrings, may be made more quickly, especially where there is no requirement for hallmarking. Items that are in stock will be dispatched in 1-2 working days of receipt of order.

* Hallmarking is taking much longer than usual at the moment due to workload at the assay office. Please accept my apologies for any additional delays.
All jewellery is carefully packed and protected in a "Rachel Hall Jewellery" gift box, with additional protective wrapping as required for shipping.
Postal costs within the UK are £7.55 per packet or free for purchases with a total value of over £250. All items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, unless otherwise confirmed. This is a fully tracked and insured next-day* service, and requires a signature upon delivery.
EU & Rest of World
For orders for delivery to countries outside the UK, please contact me prior to placing your order. I will investigate the carriage options and confirm a shipping price and estimated timings. Your items will be sent using a tracked service with insurance cover for loss or damage and will require a signature upon delivery. For guidance only, EU deliveries estimate- 5-7 working days*, Worldwide deliveries estimate 7-10 days*.

For both UK and international shipping, I will send an email confirming dispatch, along with the tracking number to allow you to check on your item's progress.
Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes on arrival at the country of destination. Please note Rachel Hall Jewellery cannot be held liable for these charges.
Payments through this website are handled by Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this option. If you would prefer not to use this option, you can pay with a credit or debit card over the phone or pay by bank transfer. In these latter two options please contact me via email for further details.
If for any reason you change your mind, or are unhappy with your order, you are welcome to cancel the order, or return it for exchange or refund, with exceptions below. To cancel an order you must contact me within 24 hours of placing the order. For returns and exchanges you must contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship all items back to me within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the safe return of the item and I recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or is faulty. Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the UK will also not be refunded.
Products must be carefully repackaged and returned securely in their original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I will then refund the cost of the goods, but not the original delivery charge. I reserve the right to replace, repair or refund the item upon inspection.
To arrange a return or exchange please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Exceptions:- Because of the nature of these items, I can’t accept returns for:
- Earrings - for hygiene reasons - all sales are final.
- Custom or personalised orders including resized pieces (pieces that have been altered from their original design shown online).
