Every piece of work is handmade by me and I usually only hold one or a small number of each design in stock.
Most items are made to order; smaller items, such as earrings, usually take 3-5 working days; larger, or more complicated items usually take 15-20 working days, especially if they require hallmarking.* Items that are in stock will be dispatched in 1-2 working days.
If you require an item for a specific date please contact me before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. If you have any questions about my products, your order or shipping times then please do not hesitate to contact me.
* Hallmarking is taking longer than usual at the moment due to "Covid 19" closure backlog and re-opening but with social distancing. Please accept my apologies for any additional delays.
All jewellery is carefully protected and packaged in a "Rachel Hall Jewellery" gift box, with additional protective wrapping for shipping.
Shipping costs are £7.50 per packet or free for purchases over £250.
All items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, unless otherwise confirmed. This is a fully tracked and insured next-day* service, and requires a signature upon delivery.
EU & Rest of World
All items are sent using International Tracked & Signed, unless otherwise confirmed. International Tracked & Signed is a priority handling service and is insured, and requires a signature upon delivery. EU deliveries estimate- 5-7 working days*, Worldwide deliveries estimate 7-10 days*.

For both UK and international shipping, I will send an email confirming dispatch, along with the tracking number to allow you to check on your item's progress.
Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes on arrival at the country of destination. Please note Rachel Hall Jewellery cannot be held liable for these charges.
Payments through this website are handled by Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this option. If you would prefer not to use this option, you can pay with a credit or debit card over the phone or pay by bank transfer. In these latter two options please contact me via email.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you are welcome to return, exchange or cancel the item. For returns and exchanges you must contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship all items back to me within 30 days of delivery. To cancel an order you must contact me within 24 hours of purchase. You are responsible for the safe return of the item and I recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or is faulty. Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the UK will also not be refunded.
Products must be carefully repackaged and returned in their original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I will then refund the cost of the goods, but not the original delivery charge. I reserve the right to replace, repair or refund the item upon inspection.
To arrange a return or exchange please email me at quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Earrings - for hygiene reasons - all sales are final.
- Custom or personalised orders including resized pieces (pieces that have been altered from their original design shown online).
