Every piece of jewellery is handmade by me and I usually only make one or a small number of each design. Many items can be made to order and usually take 3-4 weeks, with the exception of one-of-kind statement necklaces. For bespoke commissions, please allow 6 - 8 weeks. Small items, such as earrings, may be made more quickly, especially where there is no requirement for hallmarking. Items that are in stock will be dispatched in 1-2 working days of receipt of order.
If you require an item for a specific date please contact me before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. If you have any questions about my products, your order or shipping times then please contact me.
* Hallmarking is taking a little longer than usual at the moment due to "Covid 19" measures at the assay office. Please accept my apologies for any additional delays.
All jewellery is carefully packed and protected in a "Rachel Hall Jewellery" gift box, with additional protective wrapping as required for shipping.
